People For Puget Sound is a citizens' group working to protect and restore the health of Puget Sound and the Northwest Straits through education and action. Our vision is a clean and healthy Sound, teeming with fish and wildlife, cared for by people who live here.

People Power means spending some time with friends and fellow workers DOING SOMETHING and having fun: getting muddy doing restoration, helping out at a beachwalk, making a difference working on a campaign.

The government can't do it and businesses won't do it alone. It's up to people-- and an important part of doing something is taking a few hours to volunteer to help out with making Puget Sound a better place.
