The "Pier Peer" program explores Puget Sound's night time waters and the vast array of sea life off a pier by dropping a light down into the dark. Get a taste of it here.

We're doing "Pier Peers" this winter all around the Sound and here's a taste of what it's like.

KOMO-TV came down to the Shilshole Bay Marina Sept. 24 to join People For Puget Sound naturalists and families in exploring the wonders of the Sound and its critters.

The night was a bit wet and drippy but it didn't dampen the enthusiasm. See the clip here.
